A simple desktop Java app to remove user-specified characters or string of characters
(including any symbols supported by Unicode) from input text.
(Initially written to remove bullet point symbols from code snippets which I wanted to run to test function or modify.
The variety of bullet styles meant that user input was more useful than hard-coding them;
this also allows any characters to be targeted.)
